Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk duties, including attending to visitors and managing incoming calls
- Provide general administrative support, including purchase order creation and system updates
- Maintain and update internal contact lists and office records
- Oversee office upkeep, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment
- Manage office supplies and coordinate servicing of equipment (e.g. photocopiers)
- Liaise with external vendors (e.g. cleaning, air-conditioning, pest control) and monitor service quality and costs
- Support travel arrangements, including bookings and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist with administrative projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- SAP experience is an added advantage
