First Point of Contact: Interacts with associates, customers, vendors, and other guests, serving as a representative and as the first impression for company to these individuals. Employee resource management managing access requests, detailing local directions and amenities, parking validations, etc. Maintains front-of-house presentability, presence and ensures meeting room readiness at all times. Manages incoming telephone calls for both the local site and the shared regional phone queue. Manages visitor check-in/log, including temporary & contractor badge administration. Maintains best in class customer service delivery at all times. Workplace Coordination: Logistics support manage incoming/outgoing parcels and site shipping logs. [at sites without in-house logistics team] Associate badge support take badge photos and print/distribute new badges. Support workplace compliance with health, safety & environment policies. Daily ticketing management, triage and updating, for both local and global queues. Routine site communications and building notifications. Event & meeting support coordinating activities to support cross-functional office events, meetings and parties. Supports the implementation of initiatives in the local office. Supports local and regional security systems/team to ensure adherence to the global security policy. When part of a local team, supports the site Team Lead partnering to complete tasks and projects related to site operations. Finance: Limited invoice & expense tracking. Limited purchase Order creation, receiving, & tracking
