We are seeking an experienced Receptionist Supervisor to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the Club Front Office Department. The successful candidate will maintain high service standards, manage reservations, staff, and guest services, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Manage day-to-day Front Office operations while upholding Club standards and departmental objectives.
Ensure profitability through upselling and maximizing guest compliments via social media channels.
Oversee reservation control, forecasting, daily group movements, room blocking, VIP room assignments, cleanliness, and setup of complimentary items.
Coordinate with Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
Conduct spot checks of guest rooms to maintain housekeeping standards.
Supervise front desk, guest services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential business sources.
Provide training and coaching to Front Office staff according to Club SOPs.
Prepare timely and accurate reports and forecasts on occupancy, bookings, arrivals, departures, house counts, revenue, and other statistics as required.
Conduct daily briefings and ensure all team members receive pertinent information.
Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and conduct meet hotel service standards.
Maintain orderliness of the lobby and parking areas.
Perform any additional duties assigned by Management.
