Roles & Responsibilities
Front-Desk & Customer Relations
- Manage the frontline counter by answering phone calls, handling general email enquiries, and routing faxes.
- Operate the visitor intercom system while delivering exceptional, professional customer service.
- Greet arriving guests, log official messages, and maintain a clean, organized lobby reception workspace.
Logistics & Data Administration
- Check incoming cargo, verify paperwork, and maintain the delivery tracking logs for received school supplies.
- Execute fast data entry tasks, index digital information, type documents, and manage school archives.
- Assist staff with operational workflows by scanning files, sorting mail, and laminating teaching materials.
Student Triage & Ad-Hoc Support
- Provide standard frontline attention, comfort, and care to unwell or injured students arriving at the counter.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative or operational support tasks delegated by the School Management team.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum completion of a formal Secondary School Education.
- Experience: Strictly requires at least 3 years of relevant experience working in reception and administration within a school setting.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in operating standard computer tools, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal capabilities, and a cooperative team attitude.
- Attributes: Proactive workplace operator showing high personal initiative and a patient, welcoming demeanor.
Working Hours: Alternating daily schedules (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break no service required on weekends and public holidays):
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM
- Fridays: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Note: Candidate must possess the flexibility to strictly adhere to both early morning and evening shift hours.
