Position: Receptionist (12-Month Contract)
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9:15am - 6:15pm (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
Qualifications
- Minimum N Level with passes in both English and Mathematics
- Preferably Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business, Management, Hospitality or equivalent
Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a receptionist and/or customer service agent
- Experience in educational institutions or working with youths and parents preferred

Key Responsibilities
1. Communications Support
- Answer and transfer phone calls at the General Office reception
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries
- Manage and route school emails accurately and promptly
2. Visitor Management
- Attend to walk-in visitors (parents, students, teachers, vendors, delivery personnel, etc.)
3. Administrative Support
- Perform daily general office duties including mailroom support and distribution
- Maintain simple records (e.g., received items, lost & found, uniform loan)
- Filing, laminating documents, coordinating courier services, and maintaining databases/records
- Update and manage the SAT intranet portal
4. Office Presentation
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies
5. Customer Service
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, addressing needs and resolving issues calmly and efficiently
6. Functional Tasks
- Serve as the school's Designated Goods Receipt Officer
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage appointments, calendars, and room bookings
- Ensure inventory accuracy, availability, and serviceability at all times
7. Other Duties
- Support and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by School Leaders, Administration Manager, or Operations Manager
