Job Description
. Carry out marketing activities for appointed/ adhoc projects
. Conduct site visits and manage queries
. Conduct negotiations on lease terms with landlords and tenants
. Prepare presentations, leasing reports and updates for clients
. Build rapport with existing and prospective clients through regular updates and networking
. Proactive in developing new business opportunities
. Collate and update prospects database
Requirements
. Possesses a CEA Salesperson License
. Possesses positive work attitude, drive and resilience to meet job challenges
. Good interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills
. Good command of written and oral English
. A team player who is also able to work independently
. Innovative and resourceful
. Technology savvy and competent in MS office
