Investment Analyst — Real Assets Platform

My client is a growing real assets platform with an active portfolio spanning multiple geographies. We're hiring an Investment Analyst to join the team — a hands-on, execution-focused role with heavy exposure to financial modelling and deal analysis from day one.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, developments, and dispositions (DCF, IRR, returns-based analysis)
• Support valuation work, scenario analysis, and due diligence across live deals
• Prepare investment memos and materials for internal stakeholders
• Track asset and portfolio performance, and conduct market research

What we're looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate investment, real estate PE, or investment banking experience within real assets/infrastructure
• Strong, hands-on financial modelling skills (Excel-based, built from scratch)
• Prior experience specifically in real estate investment or transactions
• High attention to detail and comfort working at pace across multiple live deals
