About the Role
We are looking for an analytical and driven Investment Analyst to join our Investment Team. You will support the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of real estate investment opportunities across the investment lifecycle.

This role is ideal for candidates who want meaningful hands-on exposure. Unlike in larger organisations where roles may be more segmented, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior team members, gain direct exposure to live deals, and interact with key product partners and stakeholders. It is a strong platform for accelerated learning and broad-based experience in real estate investing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the evaluation and due diligence of real estate investment opportunities
• Support deal execution, documentation, and product listing processes
• Build financial models, valuations, sensitivity analyses, and investment memoranda
• Conduct market and industry research and maintain internal datasets
• Prepare investor materials and support engagement initiatives
• Monitor ongoing investments and assist with performance reporting

Requirements

• Good university degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred strong fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical, numerical, and financial modelling skills
• Interest in real estate investment and fund management
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team
• Candidate will be required to complete the relevant competency examinations to be appointed as an Authorised Representative of a financial institution
