The Real Estate Executive will provide operational and administrative support to the Real Estate Department, assisting in site evaluation, project coordination, and documentation related to store development and market expansion. This position is designed for a fresh graduate eager to start a career in real estate development within a dynamic, fast-growing food and beverage retail company. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full store development process across multiple markets in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support real estate development projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, landlords, agents, and vendors to facilitate property and lease-related matters.
- Assist in maintaining project trackers, progress reports, and internal communication updates.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify potential retail sites, study competitor locations, and evaluate market demand.
- Prepare location analyses and assist in compiling data to support expansion decisions.
- Update and manage databases of available properties and key real estate market information.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage and organize the APAC Real Estate head's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel or site visit arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentation decks, and follow-up documentation for executive reviews or cross-functional discussions.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between the Real Estate Director, internal teams, and external partners.
- Handle expense tracking, travel claims, and document filing in alignment with company policies.
Market Research & Data Support
- Conduct preliminary market research and assist in preparing reports on potential sites and market trends.
- Maintain and update databases related to leases, potential sites, and development opportunities across the region.
- Compile data and assist in the preparation of business proposals or feasibility studies for new projects.
Documentation & Coordination
- Organize and maintain real estate documentation including contracts, approvals, and project records.
- Support administrative processes such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in coordinating departmental activities, meetings, and communication updates.
Learning & Development Opportunities
- Gain exposure to regional real estate operations and development strategies across multiple SEA markets.
- Learn how to manage executive-level schedules and coordinate complex business activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
