Job description:
・Propose suitable properties to clients (mainly expatriates from Japanese companies) with appropriate terms and pricing, and accompany them for property viewings.
・Coordinate move-in procedures and relocation arrangements with HR representatives of Japanese companies and tenants.
・Provide support to existing tenants, including repair arrangements, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
・Conduct sales activities to acquire new clients.
Job Requirements:
・Business-level Japanese proficiency or native Japanese speaker
・Able to communicate effectively in English
・Able to work on Saturdays (Off days: 1 weekday, Sundays and public holidays)
・Proficient in MS Office and Excel
・Team player who is able to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve service excellence
・Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
