Role Description

This full-time hybrid role is based in Singapore, offering flexibility with partial work-from-home arrangements. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of real property to assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, leading property viewings, handling negotiations, and providing expert advice to help clients make well-informed decisions about real estate investments. You will also contribute to building long-lasting client relationships and participate in training sessions to hone your skills and stay updated with market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Proven skills in Sales and Negotiation to drive successful transactions
• Commitment to continuous improvement and participation in Training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Familiarity with real estate market trends in Singapore and the region
• Relevant certification or license in real estate is an advantage
