Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the asset management team in handling asset management issues for assets in Singapore, UK and Australia.
- Work on an asset management-related project with a report and presentation as end deliverables
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate or related field
- Strong in MS Office
- Knowledge of Real Estate markets and cycles
- Understanding of market norm variations and industry knowhow
- Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit to full-time Fall internship
