Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and financial analysis of diverse real estate asset classes (residential, office, retail).
- Proactively monitor industry trends, economic factors, regulations, and other market influencers to identify investment opportunities and potential risks.
- Support the development and implementation of investment and asset management strategies.
- Generate insightful reports on portfolio performance and ensure accurate and timely reporting for assets under management.
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to facilitate effective communication and data exchange.
- Assist in collating data and information for management reporting.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience or a University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and financial modeling is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with real estate investment and asset management software is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
