React Native Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a React Native Engineer to build and scale the mobile experience for our AI platform. You will work on real-time, AI-driven interactions and own critical parts of the mobile architecture. Your work will directly impact how users interact with AI in high-stakes financial scenarios. Responsibilities: - Build and scale high-performance mobile applications using React Native. - Implement real-time communication using WebSockets and event-driven systems. - Design offline-first mobile data architecture with sync and conflict resolution. - Develop scalable UI components for dynamic AI-driven interactions. - Optimize app performance on Android (rendering, memory, responsiveness). - Handle edge cases like network failures, app lifecycle, and data consistency. - Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams. Key Growth Areas / What You'll Work On: - Build AI-powered chat interfaces with real-time streaming. - Design transport-agnostic communication layers (WebSocket, HTTP, push). - Architect scalable offline-first data systems. - Build extensible UI for AI-native features (cards, actions, visualizations). - Improve reliability across network conditions and device states. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience with React Native (production apps on Play Store/App Store). - Strong experience with WebSockets and real-time data handling. - Expertise in local storage (SQLite / WatermelonDB). - Strong TypeScript proficiency. - Experience with state management (Redux or similar). - Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization (Android focus). - Experience building dynamic / polymorphic UI components.
