Role
We are looking for a React Developer with strong Application Support experience to manage and enhance enterprise-grade web applications. This role involves working closely with production systems, resolving incidents, and ensuring seamless application performance while contributing to ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for React-based web applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks
- Work on incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes and implement fixes
- Perform code fixes, enhancements, and deployments as needed
- Monitor application health and ensure SLA compliance
- Participate in release cycles and production deployments
Required Skills
Frontend Development
- Strong experience with React (Hooks, Functional Components)
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with Redux or Context API
Integration & Tools
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs (Axios/Fetch)
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging skills using browser developer tools
Application Support (Critical)
- Proven experience in Application/Production Support (AMS)
- Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
- Exposure to monitoring/logging tools
- Ability to handle high-priority production incidents
