Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and compliance-driven data professional to lead a regulatory and financial data pipeline across multiple jurisdictions. This role will work closely with Compliance, Finance, Risk Team, and Data team to ensure regulatory reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and scalable data governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain regulatory and financial reporting data pipelines aligned with CFD and Equities regulatory requirements (ASIC, FCA, SCA, CIMA, etc.)
- Collaborate with Compliance and Finance teams to fulfill regulatory reporting, audit, and internal control data requirements
- Increase automation ratio by building reusable data reporting pipeline from Data Lake / Databricks environments
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and update internal data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic accordingly
- Develop deep understanding of risk, trading, and operational workflows to ensure data structures reflect both business、finance audit and compliance needs
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely, accurate, and traceable regulatory data delivery
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Regulation, or Data Pipeline development
- Experience with Big4 audit firms is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience handling data related to ASIC, FCA, SCA, CIMA, or equivalent regulatory licenses
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Databricks or similar data lake architectures
- Prior experience in financial services, CFD brokerage, exchange, or derivatives industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MT4 / MT5 data structures
- Experience in multi-jurisdiction regulatory reporting
- Exposure to Data Governance frameworks
- Proven cross-team collaboration and project management skills

必備條件
- 中英文流利(書寫與口語)
- 5 年以上 Compliance / Audit / Regulation / Data Pipeline 相關經驗
- 曾於 Big4 會計師事務所從事審計或監管相關工作經驗者佳
- 具 ASIC / FCA / SCA / CIMA 等牌照數據處理或監管申報經驗
- 熟悉 Python、SQL、Databricks 或類似 Data Lake 架構
- 具金融業、CFD、交易所或衍生品相關產業經驗
