Essential Duties and Responsibilities
AI Product Strategy and Roadmap
Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities within the Razer Gold Digital Wallet platform
Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI to improve wallet performance, risk management, operational efficiency, and customer experience
Translate business problems into clear AI use cases, including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making
Prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and regulatory considerations
AI Use Case Development and Delivery
Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered wallet features such as:
Fraud and risk detection
Transaction monitoring and anomaly detection
Customer behavior and spending insights
Intelligent routing and payment optimization
Automated operational workflows
Customer support automation and chatbot capabilities
Work closely with data science and engineering teams to define model requirements, performance metrics, and deployment strategies
Ensure AI models are production-ready, reliable, and scalable within the wallet infrastructure
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with data science, engineering, risk, compliance, finance, and operations teams to deliver AI-driven product capabilities
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure responsible and compliant use of AI across jurisdictions
Act as the bridge between technical AI teams and business stakeholders
Data and Performance Management
Define success metrics and monitor performance of AI-driven features, including:
Model accuracy and performance
Fraud detection effectiveness
Operational efficiency improvements
Customer experience outcomes
Use data insights to continuously optimize AI models and product features
Governance, Risk, and Responsible AI
Ensure AI solutions align with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements
Define monitoring and fallback mechanisms for AI-driven decision systems
Support model lifecycle management, including validation, retraining, and performance monitoring
Promote responsible and ethical AI usage within the digital wallet ecosystem
Product Delivery and Execution
Maintain and prioritize the AI product backlog aligned with business and platform goals
Define user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven features
Coordinate testing, deployment, and rollout of AI capabilities across environments
Manage stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles within fintech, digital payments, or technology-driven environments
Proven experience delivering digital wallet, mobile app, payments, or fintech products, including end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to production (0 ↠1 or scale-up)
Hands-on experience managing mobile applications (iOS/Android), including feature design, user experience optimization, release management, and performance monitoring
Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven systems
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts such as predictive modelling, classification and anomaly detection, model evaluation, performance monitoring, data pipelines, and model deployment
Strong familiarity with digital wallet or payment ecosystems, including transaction flows, settlement processes, and operational workflows
Experience working with data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to support data-driven decision-making
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery coordination
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, data, risk, compliance, and business teams
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
Experience working in global digital commerce or multi-market platforms with cross-border regulatory or operational considerations
Experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment is a plus
