Summary
The Supervisor / Senior Supervisor is responsible for managing, controlling and be responsible for the Ramp aspect of flight handling & deployment of manpower and equipment to service Apron Operations Areas.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Plan & deploy manpower and equipment to service flights
- Maintain all apron equipment in a prepare state of readiness for operations
- Maintain & update flight schedule, operators requirements, equipment status and manpower status in Control Room
- Brief ramp staff before arrival of flight on requirement and services
- Attend to flight handling and ensure safety and security procedure is adhering to around parked aircraft
- Pushback of aircraft after Captain get clearance from Changi Airport Group (CAG) Apron Control
- Prepare and verify Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR) / Technical Service Report (TSR) after each flight
- Responsible for the discipline of subordinates assigned to him
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head
Requirements
- GCE 5 N levels or 2 O levels
- Minimum 2 years experience in ramp handling
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 License
