[What the role is]
Ramp Control Officers (RCOs) provide Ramp Control Services managing the safe movement of aircraft within apron areas and their corresponding taxi lanes, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of traffic at one of the world's busiest airports.[What you will be working on]
Operating from the Ramp Control Tower, you will issue instructions, clearances, advice and information to aircraft on the ground in the relevant apron areas within the Ramp Control area of responsibility. Your instructions and clearances will set the tempo for ground operations, playing a part in ensuring that every movement across the apron is safe, orderly, and efficient.

[What we are looking for]
A passionate individual who is keen to contribute to the aviation industry
Ability to remain calm and focused in a dynamic operational environment
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Pass a voice test
Qualifications in any discipline, preferably STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or other related disciplines
Workplace Location and Hours:
Ramp Control Tower, Terminal 4, Singapore Changi Airport
Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support round-the-clock airport operations
Training
Successful candidates will be appointed as Probationary Air Traffic Control Support Officers and deployed to the Ramp Control Tower. You will undergo a structured training programme designed to equip you with the operational knowledge, communication skills and situational awareness required to perform Ramp Control duties safely and effectively.
