Radiochemist
In This Role, You Will
- Be part of the RN Verification and Diagnostics Team providing support for National Security purposes
- Responsible for overseeing radiometric and non-radiometric techniques for operational support and research activities
- Develop methods for the analysis of RN material
- Enhance current methods to improve sensitivities and/or speed of analysis
- Propose research ideas and lead self/team to advance knowledge and skillsets
Job Requirements
- Degree/ Master/ PhD in Applied Chemistry/ Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Physical Chemistry
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field
- Possess good communication and analytical skills
- Work safely in the laboratories that handles radiation with environmental and biomedical samples
- Work independently and confident to lead a small team of researchers
