Radiochemist

In This Role, You Will

  • Be part of the RN Verification and Diagnostics Team providing support for National Security purposes
  • Responsible for overseeing radiometric and non-radiometric techniques for operational support and research activities
  • Develop methods for the analysis of RN material
  • Enhance current methods to improve sensitivities and/or speed of analysis
  • Propose research ideas and lead self/team to advance knowledge and skillsets

Job Requirements

  • Degree/ Master/ PhD in Applied Chemistry/ Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Physical Chemistry
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field
  • Possess good communication and analytical skills
  • Work safely in the laboratories that handles radiation with environmental and biomedical samples
  • Work independently and confident to lead a small team of researchers
