Radio Frequency Engineer (RF/ East/ Permanent Role)

. 5 Days work week

. Salary: up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
Responsibility:
- Conduct site selection and survey, site planning, radio network planning, RF planning, capacity planning, link budget and acceptance test for TETRA and 4G network.
- Perform drive test, post-processing, analysis the drive test data, identify and resolve any issues.
- Analyse network statistic and perform RF optimization for Tetra and 4G sites and performance monitoring.
- Attend customer complaints, identify and resolve issues, and ensure that complaint tickets are closed promptly.
- Design the inbuilding system, conduct coverage tests, analyze the test data, and resolve any identified issues.
- Familiar with RF planning and testing tools such as Atoll, Nemo Handy, Nemo Analyzer, Google Earth, MapInfo Professional etc.
- Possess experience with 4G mobile networks and knowledge of RAN and Core components.
- Coordinate with contractors, customers, building owners, and other stakeholders attend internal and external meetings with project managers, RF managers, vendors, and contractors.
- Perform Proof of Concept and Trial for any technologies.
- Reporting to the RF manager and perform all assistant tasks delegated by Supervisor.
Requirement:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or related.
- Minimum 2 years of RF planning & optimization experience in LTE mobile network deployment.
- Strong understanding of network planning fundamentals, radio access technologies, and antenna systems.
- Experience in multi-vendor wireless equipment operation and network optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat, and similar tools.
- Familiarity with Linux, SIP, Unix, and AWS Cloud is a plus.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is required.
