RAD Ballet Dance Teacher

This person needs to be passionate about dance andmovement and have the ability & experience to teach other dance styles tolittle ones & up through the ages - We are looking for a Teacher who canteach, inspire and enthuse students with the love of dance and prepare andenter our ballet students for RAD exams, working with young dancersupwards.

Theschool also has a thriving Musical Theatre and Drama departments so the abilityto teach across departments, would be considered an advantage.

Qualifications:

EITHER- a degree or diploma in dance/performing arts linked with either a teachingqualification or significant teaching experience. OR a degree or diplomain education and the relevant dance experience.

NonSingapore Citizens - If applying from outside of Singapore - A diploma isnot acceptable a degree is required in order to get the relevant work pass towork in Singapore.

Contract:

Part-Time/Freelance- 1 academic yr Commitment - Starting January 2027

Full-Time- 2 academic yr Commitment - Starting January 2027( Mustbe able to teach other disciplines - Musical Theatre drama etc)

(Parttime - Current days required below - may be a slight adjustment by January)

Monday(4 hrs) - 4.30pm - 8.30pm,

Wednesday(2hrs) - ( availability from 4.30pm )

Thursday(3hrs) - 4.30pm - 7.30pm

Friday(4hrs)- 3.30pm - 7.30pm

Saturday(3-6 hrs) - 9 - 5pm (availability or the day)

Salary- Freelance $90 per hr - dependent on age,qualifications and experience

Salary- Full time -Competitive - dependenton age, qualifications and experience

Allcandidates - musthave DBS (previously CRB) UK police check, or Singapore,home country equivalent.
