R&D Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and test prototypes under the guidance of senior R&D staff
• Support / conduct experiments, data collection, and basic data analysis to support product innovation and improvement
• Help to maintain detailed and accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results
• Assist in preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Marketing, to support product development and troubleshooting.
• Support the R&D Team in SAP system, administrative documentation and maintain the lab cleanliness.
• Other assigned ad-hoc activities and related personal continuous improvement topics.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Material Science, Polymer, Chemistry, or related fields
• At least 2 years experience working in a laboratory environment or manufacturing industry.
• Competent in using laboratory equipment and/or software for data analysis.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a laboratory environment
• Basic knowledge in material science/chemistry/polymer
• Basic knowledge in the products (Powder, Solder Paste, Sinter Paste, and new product lines)
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
