R&D (Sinter & Solder Paste) Engineer ESY

. Lead customer-driven (CD) projects and second-source qualification initiatives, including project planning, execution, regular stakeholder alignment, and technical reporting

. Support new product development activities, including participation in technical discussions, resource planning, and experimental design

. Assist in laboratory trial runs, including hands-on work, troubleshooting, data collection, and analysis

. Prepare and maintain clear and accurate documentation, reports, and test records

. Support customer sample requests and ensure timely and accurate delivery

. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, laboratory standards, and good housekeeping practices

. Provide technical support for internal stakeholders and external requirements

. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to support product development and troubleshooting

. Support administrative tasks, including SAP data updates, documentation control, and laboratory cleanliness

. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform other assigned duties as required

Job Requirement:

. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related field

. 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment

. Basic knowledge of material science, assembly materials (e.g., paste, powder, flux), or related applications

. Familiarity with data analysis methods and statistical tools

. Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements
