Mon - Fri, Office Hours
Salary: Up to 4,500 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Support professionals in conducting and analyzing lab experiments safely and accurately.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment (Instron, sealant mixing pumps, aging chambers, dispensing guns, etc.).
- Perform application testing independently for silicone sealants and support project management system (PMS) related lab work.
- Assist with formulation mixing, characterizations using analytical equipment, and preparing test reports.
- Ensure laboratory safety, compliance, and 5S standards.
- Manage consumable materials, chemical supplies, equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist with sample packaging and shipping.
- Participate actively in safety checks, audits, and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Min. Diploma or higher in Science / Chemistry / Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years lab experience in chemicals is preferred.
- Experience in rubber, adhesives, or construction industries will be highly advantageous.
- Experience with analytical equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office SAP knowledge is an advantage.
