Job Summary
Lead software and firmware development for company's products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands and ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop software and firmware for ELID's product to meet functional and quality standards, ensuring reliable and innovative solutions
- Collaborate with managers and software engineers to align development efforts with business goals and project requirements
- Analyze market trends to design and develop new product features that address customer needs and enhance competitiveness
- Manage product lifecycle activities including testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure consistent product performance
- Support project implementation, testing, and commissioning to facilitate successful product deployment and customer satisfaction
- Travel as required to support project and product development activities and maintain effective stakeholder engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree graduate in engineering faculty
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in research and development with relevant programming knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
