R & D Engineer

About the role

As an R&D Engineer at AP TECHNOLOGIES GROUP PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's innovation and technological advancements.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting research and development of innovative mechanical engineering products and technologies

2. Designing and testing prototypes to ensure product quality and performance

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address engineering challenges

4. Analysing data and generating reports to support design decisions and process improvements

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements

6. Providing technical support and solutions to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar R&D role, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry

3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively

4. Proficiency in design software, such as CAD, and data analysis tools

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team

6. A passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends
