Job Description
The R&D Electrical Engineer will play a key role in the development of cutting-edge machine tool products and technologies for CNC Milling, including peripheral equipment and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and validate new, unique electrical engineering designs.
- Contribute to enhancing the electrical design of various products.
- Assist in electrical designs under the guidance of R&D Senior Engineers.
- Study electrical customization requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare accurate engineering documents such as electrical/circuit drawings, Bill of Material, Engineering Change Order, and engineering reports.
- Work towards achieving R&D development goals that align with business needs.
- Provide engineering support and innovative solutions to relevant departments (manufacturing, customer service, sales, application, etc).
- Contribute actively to improving technical core competency through continuous learning and creative problem-solving.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of electrical design principles.
- Familiarity with software tools such as EPLAN, Solidworks, E3, and AutoCAD.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant industrial experience in electrical circuit design and control circuit design.
- Basic understanding of PLC programming.
- Attention to detail and time consciousness in your work.
- Strong team player, quick learner, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
