- Design, model, and implement analog and digital control systems for switch-mode power converters to meet performance, cost, and reliability targets.
- Develop and validate firmware for MCU/DSP-based controllers, including control algorithms, bootloaders, and peripheral drivers.
- Conduct circuit simulations, prototype builds, and performance testing (electrical, thermal, and EMI/EMC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, PCB, manufacturing, and quality) to ensure smooth design transfer to production.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, test reports, and BOMs in accordance with ISO and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in power electronics design - DC/DC, AC/DC, or SMPS topologies.
- Proficiency in control theory, analog/digital circuit design, and embedded firmware (C/C++).
- Familiarity with design and simulation tools (PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, PCB CAD).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills able to manage projects independently.
