R&D Beverage Technologist

Responsibilities:
. Support research and development of new beverage products from concept through commercialization.
. Plan and execute trials, testing, and production runs including troubleshooting where required.
. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product development activities and project milestones.
. Manage documentation and ensure compliance with relevant food safety and regulatory standards.
. Contribute to process improvements and digital documentation initiatives.

Requirements:
. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition,Chemistry or related field
. At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry beverage R&D experience preferred
. Familiarity with pilot plant or process equipment is advantageous
. Strong coordination, problem-solving and attention to detail
. Singaporean only need apply
