R&D Assistant (Raw materials, Immediate Vacancy, Training Provided)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, handling, and testing of raw materials used in solar panel development

• Support early-stage R&D experiments, including material formulation and validation

• Conduct laboratory tests, record observations, and compile accurate experimental data

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in compliance with safety standards

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials

• Collaborate with R&D engineers/scientists to support ongoing projects and trials

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment

• Assist in documenting procedures, test results, and technical reports

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

• Prior experience working in a laboratory environment (academic or industry)

• Hands-on experience handling chemicals and conducting lab tests

• Basic understanding of material properties and testing methodologies
