Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quotation & Sales Support Assistant to prepare accurate and timely quotations using HubSpot and MYOB. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team by ensuring pricing, product details, and client information are properly documented and communicated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and issue customer quotations using HubSpot CRM and MYOB software
- Ensure all pricing, discounts, and terms align with company policies and approval processes
- Maintain and update customer and product information in HubSpot
- Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary details for quotation preparation
- Convert approved quotations into sales orders and invoices in MYOB
- Track quotation status and follow up with sales representatives or clients when required
- Maintain organized records of all quotations and related documentation
- Support general administrative tasks related to sales operations
Requirements:
- Experience in admin or data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
