Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quotation & Sales Support Assistant to prepare accurate and timely quotations using HubSpot and MYOB. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team by ensuring pricing, product details, and client information are properly documented and communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and issue customer quotations using HubSpot CRM and MYOB software
  • Ensure all pricing, discounts, and terms align with company policies and approval processes
  • Maintain and update customer and product information in HubSpot
  • Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary details for quotation preparation
  • Convert approved quotations into sales orders and invoices in MYOB
  • Track quotation status and follow up with sales representatives or clients when required
  • Maintain organized records of all quotations and related documentation
  • Support general administrative tasks related to sales operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in admin or data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
