YOUR ROLE

Working closely with project teams and business stakeholders, you'll provide technical expertise that enables innovation through both traditional development practices and AI-augmented workflows. Your outstanding interpersonal skills will help you build or be part of a high-performing engineering team that consistently exceeds expectations by effectively combining human expertise with AI capabilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research, design, and implement quantum computing algorithms, models, and software solutions for complex computational problems
• Develop and optimize hybrid quantum-classical workflows for use cases such as optimization, simulation, machine learning, or cryptography
• Build quantum software prototypes using relevant frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, Braket, or equivalent)
• Conduct simulations, benchmarking, and performance analysis of quantum algorithms across different hardware backends and simulators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to evaluate practical quantum applications
• Stay current with advancements in quantum computing hardware, algorithms, error correction, and software ecosystems
• Present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are preferred:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Quantum Information Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals, including: quantum mechanics principles relevant to computation, qubits, gates, circuits, entanglement, superposition, quantum algorithms, noise and error mitigation concepts
• Proficiency in Python and scientific computing libraries
• Experience with one or more quantum development frameworks: Qiskit , Cirq, PennyLane, Amazon Braket, PyQuil
• Familiarity with classical algorithms, numerical methods, and optimization techniques
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly

We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa.
