Roles & Responsibilities

. Responsible for budget estimate, cost control, variation orders, preparation of tender submission

. Submission of progress claims and site valuations

. Ensure timely completion of an assign tender

. Handle sub-contractor's and supplier's procurement, claim valuation

. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

. Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or its equivalent

. 2 years working experience in the building construction industry
