Details :

• Basic UP $4500
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
• Performance Bonus

Job Scope :

• Prepare tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Develop tender quotations through quantity take-offs, material sourcing, subcontractor outsourcing, and costing.
• Review and interpret specifications and contract documents with accuracy.
• Source and evaluate new suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze and negotiate costs for tender BQ to ensure effective cost control.
• Carry out quantity measurement and cost estimation.
• Handle pre- and post-bid tender clarifications with consultants.
• Perform additional duties as required.
