- Preparing quotation/cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Analyzing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and contractors
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine project viability
- Advising clients on cost-saving measures and alternative materials
- Preparing tender documents and evaluating tenders
- Ensuring compliance with construction regulations and safety standards
- Experience in Commercial Interior Renovation
Working Hours : Monday to Friday ( 9am to 6pm)
- Diploma / Degree or its equivalent
- 2 Year and above experience as QS in similiar trade company
- Able to work under stress and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently, meticulous and proactive.
