XULE POWER ENGINEERING PTE LTD is an established electrical engineering contractor specializing in HDB BTO electrical installation projects across Singapore. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our growing business.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, tenders and cost estimates.
- Measure quantities from drawings and contract documents.
- Prepare project budgets and cost plans.
- Monitor project costs, variations and final accounts.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare subcontract documents.
- Process progress claims, payment certificates and invoices.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist the Project Manager with contract administration.
- Maintain proper project documentation and cost records.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of QS experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Experience in electrical engineering or M&E projects is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
SGD 3,000 - SGD 5,500 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Work Location: Bedok, Singapore
