QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description:

Responsible for preparing quantities of materials necessary for procurement and tendering.

Responsible for preparing pre- and post-tender contract quantity surveys.

Develop and maintain dimensional CAD drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets to substantiate progress claim or variation order of the project.

Responsible for tracking submissions of subcontractor progress claims and variations.

Work closely with the site support team to ensure the subcontractor's scope of work is executed in accordance with the main contract drawings and specifications.

Overall responsibility for pre contract supervision, including tender briefing and measurement compilation into bills of pricing as well as tender evaluation and submission.

Requirements:

Min 5 years exp in metal/aluminium industry.

At least diploma in civil engineering.

Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects.
