Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Handle Pre-contract tasks (submission of tenders, prepare bills of quantities, sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors, draft contracts etc.)

• Handle Post-contract tasks (submission of progress claims and variation orders, evaluate and prepare sub-contractors progress payments, project budgeting etc.)

• Handle project final accounts and contractual matters.

• Project administration and documentation.

• Other temporary tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or other relevant fields
• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience as Quantity Surveyor.

• Proficiently Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
