Quantity Surveyor

. Quantity Take-off and Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

. Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractor in terms of quality, timeline, price, terms, deliveries, and services.

. Prepare purchase orders, work closely with subcontractors, suppliers & logistic department to ensure smooth end-to-end logistic flow.

. Assist and support design team in material sample requisition for the assigned Project by the Superior.

. Coordinate with project team to understand their procurement requirement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in QS/ Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.

. Preferred applicant with Interior / Construction related field.

. Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
