Job Summary
You will lead measurement and pricing activities for company tenders, coordinate stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth project progress claims and variations, and oversee subcontractor and supplier compliance to deliver projects within budget and contractual agreements.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed measurement and pricing analysis for company project tenders to support accurate bid submissions
- Coordinate and actively participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and relevant parties to facilitate timely progress claims and variation orders (VO)
- Lead weekly site meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to monitor work execution and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Maintain and update a master costing file at the headquarter office by tabulating all relevant site-specific costs
- Negotiate pricing and quotations with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project budget targets
- Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by superiors to support project delivery and company objectives
