Quantity Surveyor

• Responsible for monthly progress claim submission to clients.
• Ensure timely follow-up for claim certifications and approvals.
• Handle the preparation and submission of tenders accurately and within deadlines.
• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Ensure budget monitoring and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, scope of works, and support procurement activities.
• Coordinate with project teams for measurement, variations, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation for audit and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in scaffolding, construction, or civil projects.
• Knowledge in scaffolding materials, methods, and pricing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and QS-related softwares
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
