Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities
- Prepare and submit tender
- Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors
- Submission of work approval to relevant local Authorities
- Manage tender administration
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Preparation of monthly progress claims to customer
- Prepare/ verification/ upkeep of project variation work and site instructions
- Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned
- Attend site meeting and record minutes of meeting
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
- Degree/Diploma in relevant field of study
- Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks
- Proficient in MS Office skills
- Basic AutoCAD skills
- Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling) will be be added advantage
