Scope of Works
Responsible for submission of Progress claim

Assist the Project Manager I Senior Contracts Mgr I Contracts Mgr on contractual matters, variation claims and EOT claims.

To call for quotation and prepare cost comparison

To assist on discrepancies in the contract documents, and on dispute with the Subcontractors.

Prepare Subcontractors and vendors final account.

Prepare contract document for Main Contracts and Subcontracts.

Quantity take off and prepare tender documents.

Work location: Changi South

Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering).

Minimum 1-3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably in Singapore).

Strong understanding of construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
