Quantity Surveyor
- Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 + AWS + Allowance (Transport & Mobile)
- Location: Genting Lane (Potong Pasir)
- Working Hour: 5 Days + Alt Saturday (9am-6pm 9am-1pm)
Requirement:
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cost management of projects.
- Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims.
- Procurement of contractors and suppliers.
- Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors.
- Prepare, negotiate, and agree final accounts.
- Familiarize oneself with the use of internal reporting systems OA and SAP.
- Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities.
- Prepare Sub-Contract Documents.
- Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications.
- Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc.
- Attend meeting as and when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
