QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate quantity take-off from construction drawings (architectural, structural).
• Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on latest drawings and site revisions.
• Prepare cost estimates and budget planning for tender and ongoing projects.
• Evaluate and verify subcontractors claims and quotations.
• Monitor project cost against budget and report cost variances.
• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients/consultants.
• Assess Variation Orders (VO) and support documentation for submission.
• Procure materials and subcontractor packages, including sourcing and comparison.
• Coordinate with site team, consultants, and project managers to ensure costing accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation and closing of final accounts.
