Key Responsibilities:
1. Quantity take off and BQ measurement
2. Cost analysis and comparison for project procurement packages
3. Sourcing for subcontractors / suppliers
4. Subcontractors and suppliers progress claim and variation order claim management
5. Handling / assisting in Main contract progress claim and variation order claim
6. Prepare tender reports
7. Preparation of issuance of WO / VO / Subcontract
Job Requirements:
. Possess Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
. About 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field
. Experience in Private Residential Projects / Commercial Projects and PPVC Projects will be preference
