Responsible for the full suite of M&E Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors, particularly for M&E disciplines.
Attend site briefing during pre-tender & tender interview during post tender.
Compile photos, inspection forms and all relevant documents required for V.O.s attachment.
Assist PE and PM for all work as assigned.
Requirement:
Must have degree in QS
