Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs to support accurate cost estimation for tenders
- Administer contract and tender documents by interpreting requirements and ensuring timely submission by specified deadlines
- Source and request quotations from suppliers and specialists aligned with tender specifications to secure competitive pricing
- Prepare and analyze detailed costing for tenders to inform bid strategy and decision-making
- Compare prices and assess specification compliance of received quotations to recommend the most suitable options
- Identify and prepare variation orders for submission to manage changes during contract execution
