Responsibilities:
Perform taking off and measurement of quantities
Source, review and negotiation of quotations
Work closely and liaise with both internal colleagues and external project stakeholders
Contract administration including handling contractual documentation, correspondences and disputes matters
Manage, preparation, submission and liaise with clients/consultants on the evaluation of monthly progress claims / variation claims including final account
Manage, evaluate and preparation of subcontractors claim and payments including final accounts
Assist in quotation and tender preparation
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or in related disciplines
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in construction industry
Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role
Knowledge of PSSCOC and/or REDAS and /or SIA standard forms of Contracts
Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
